The Free Store

Ashby House operates The Free Store that is open Monday thru Thursday from 9 am to 12 pm. Everyone is welcome to come to the store and shop. Just like the name, everything is free.

Last year over 3,000 people benefited from the Free Store.

Ashby House accepts donations of any items that are in good repair, that a family starting over would need, such as usable clothes, books, shoes and household goods.

The Free Store is located on the North-East corner of 9th and Walnut (behind the Ashby House Family Shelter). Access is best through the parking lot accessible from 9th Street.
